An excellent opportunity is available for a friendly and computer savvy Receptionist to join our team as the first point of contact for our customers.

This is a full-time permanent role.

We are a family owned and operated Toyota dealership in the wider Perth metro-area and have been operating for over 40 years. Job Description

How you will make an impact:

  • Engaging with customers and building a positive rapport
  • Answering any phone calls and allocating emails to the correct department
  • Completing licensing for new retail vehicles
  • Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required by the Sales team
  • Receiving all customer enquiries and handling them accordingly
  • Ensuring customer areas are kept clean and tidy
