Blue Heart Community Care provides supports the people with disabilities who require assistance to fulfill their aspirations and inclusion in the community. We focus on delivering highly personal, responsive and participant-focused services.
Role & Responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support staff development, training, and performance management
- Drive initiatives that promote staff wellbeing and engagement
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Fair Work, and WHS regulations
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Maintain employee records and contribute to reporting and audits
- Previous HR or People & Culture experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employment legislation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport across diverse teams
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or related field (desirable)
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid Level II and CPR
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Eligibility to Work in Australia
- NDIS Screening Check
Salary: $33.00 – $43.00 per hour
Job Type: Full Time or Part time
