Your contribution to the team includes

The role of People & Culture Coordinator provides high-quality administrative and operational support across the full employee lifecycle. This role is also responsible for:

• Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes
• Maintaining employee data and compliance records
• Supporting engagement, learning and development initiatives
• Assisting with WHS compliance
• Managing the People inbox and respond to queries
• Advertising vacancies, coordinating and conducting interviews
• Conducting reference checks and managing onboarding documentation
• Maintaining certification records and WWCCs
• Liaising with Finance on employee changes and leave processing
• Supporting engagement initiatives and embedding Club Guiding Principles
• Assisting with events, reception relief, and facility maintenance

Skills and experience

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum one year of HR or administrative experience (ideal)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR systems
