Job Title

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to fill the position of Virtualization Backup Specialist. This role requires expertise in backup and recovery solutions, virtualization platforms, and networking configurations.

About the Role

The Virtualization Backup Specialist will provide technical assistance to fellow IT Professionals, utilizing troubleshooting skills and product knowledge to resolve complex technical issues related to Veeam Backup and Replication (VBR).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing detailed analysis and troubleshooting, including log file investigation
  • Serving as a technical liaison in relationships with fellow IT Professionals
  • Taking ownership of customer problems or issues from initial support case through resolution
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language proficiency
  • Fluency in Mandarin
  • Advanced user or administrative level experience with Windows OS 2008(r2)/2012(r2)/2016
  • Practical knowledge of TCP/IP and networking configuration/troubleshooting
  • Possession of UNIX and/or Linux knowledge, VMware ESX(i), Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange server administration, and Database engines (SQL/Oracle) is an asset
