Job Title: Virtual Business Banker, Merchant Solutions

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive growth across our business customer base.

  • You will work hand-in-hand with our branch network and small business bankers to engage directly with new and existing customers to identify their transaction banking and merchant needs.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Business Banker – Merchant Solutions, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering tailored payment and transaction banking solutions that meet the real needs of business owners across Australia.

  • Identify and develop business opportunities for our clients, providing innovative solutions to help them thrive.
  • Work collaboratively with our branch network and small business bankers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a customer-centric company or role.
  • Preferred experience in transaction banking and payments sales.
  • An understanding of the needs and opportunities for our small to medium businesses customers, including challenges, trends and the competitive and regulatory environment.
