Overview

Join to apply for the Despatch Forklift Driver role at Programmed Facility Management. Our client is Australia's leading supplier of bathroom and plumbing products and they are seeking experienced forklift operators to join their Distribution Centre team based in Dandenong South.

Our client provides a structured onboarding training plan and offers a supportive team environment with potential career progression within a large national operation.

Responsibilities
  • Operating the Counterbalance Forklift
  • Loading/unloading trucks and containers
  • Despatch and storeperson duties (approximately 20% forklift, 80% storeperson/despatch)
  • Pallet consolidation and manual pallet wrapping
  • Receiving and consolidation
  • Warehouse labouring and heavy lifting up to 25 kg
  • Use of tuggers and pallet jacks
  • General storeperson duties
Desirable Skills
  • Have a valid LF licence with over 12 months of experience
  • Be physically fit and able to lift repeatedly when required
  • Positive and reliable attitude; team player
  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment; good communication
  • Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions
  • Able to work Monday to Friday; flexible hours 09:00 – 17:30 (potential overtime)
