Overview

Forklift Technician – Toyota Specialist. Location: Werribee & Epping Workshops + Onsite Hire Fleet. Based between our Werribee and Epping workshops, with additional onsite work across the hire fleet. Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs Toyota forklift models to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and safety checks
  • Identify and replace faulty or worn parts
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards
  • Collaborate with team members to provide efficient, high-quality service
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a forklift technician or similar role
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in varied conditions (including outdoors)
