We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to support a high-profile project on a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in Newcastle, with an immediate start. About the Role: As Finance Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the finance and project teams with day-to-day financial operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is available to hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities: Processing and reconciling invoices, purchase orders, and expensesAssisting with budget tracking and cost controlSupporting month-end financial reporting and project cost reviewsLiaising with internal teams and suppliers on finance queriesMaintaining accurate financial records in line with company policie About You: Previous experience in finance administration or accounts roles within similar construction industries.
