We are seeking suitable applications for a highly capable and values-driven individual to join our Executive Office as part of our dynamic Safety, Quality and Performance team at Sir Charles Gairdner Osborne Park Health Care Group (SCGOPHCG).

This is for a Permanent Full Time appointment.

What is our Director Safety, Quality and Performance role?

This position works as part of the SCGOPHCG Executive to provide leadership, governance, strategic planning, and operational management for the Group's clinical governance and quality systems; ensures the development, implementation, maintenance and effective coordination and evaluation of quality and patient safety activities across SCGOPHCG are aligned and compliant with State priorities and National Standards, with accreditation being a key deliverable; leads the SCGOPHCG Safety & Quality Performance Department and manages all areas under its control.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
