Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing inquiries, and handling complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive and lasting impression of the hotel.
  • Perform check-ins, check-outs, and room changes accurately while maintaining detailed guest records and following standard operating procedures, including handling cashier floats and daily financial reports.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and reservation procedures, upholding IHG standards of behavior, appearance, and cleanliness in the front desk area.

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the company.
  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivation, organizational and training abilities.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to communicate with other departments to enhance guest stays.
