Studiosity is looking for a Director, Partnerships to lead our team of eight Client Success professionals, supporting our education partners across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Sydney office, or hybrid
- Up to $150k base per annum, plus super
- Generous incentive scheme for high performance
What you will do:
- Lead our Partnerships (Client Success) team across Australia, New Zealand and Asia with accountability for annual target achievement.
- Develop our partner management systems and processes to enable scalability for significant growth.
- Develop the regional partnership team's capabilities and culture consistent with the Company's global vision, mission and values.
- Make decisions that drive strategic and operational outcomes, including partner growth and retention.
- Drive individual accountability within the partnerships team for activities that drive successful revenue growth.
- Act swiftly to improve individual and team performance where necessary.

Experience
- A bachelor's degree in a related field
- 10+ years of experience in client success/account management
- Team leadership experience
- Experience dealing with C-suite customers
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellence in organisational management with the ability to coach staff and to manage and develop a high-performance team.
Desired Experience / Skills
- An understanding of the tertiary and secondary education sectors.
- Proficient user of Salesforce
