The Role:

Reporting to C-Suite, this person will be the #1 person for all things Revenue Accounting.

This Director of Revenue Accounting will lead and scale revenue recognition, billing, and collections. This role owns the full quote-to-cash process, leads a growing team, ensures audit readiness, and partners across functions to optimize contract and billing operations. Ideal candidates bring deep SaaS revenue expertise, strong ASC 606 knowledge, and a passion for automation and team leadership.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
  • Large CPA (public accounting) experience is required.
  • 10-12+ years of progressive experience - majority within revenue accounting and billing/collections, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in ASC 606, including experience reviewing complex SaaS and subscription-based contracts.
  • Proven experience leading order-to-cash processes and managing billing and AR operations.
  • Experience in a public company environment, including SOX compliance and external audit.
