Overview

Our client, a large complex Queensland State Government department, is seeking an AO5 Project Officer for an initial 3-month contract with likely extension until 30/06/2026. Location: Brisbane CBD with flexibility to work from home 2 days per week. Pay rate up to $81.26/hr.

Responsibilities
  • Organising, preparing, and documenting meeting outcomes
  • Preparation and maintenance of key project plans and reports
  • Mapping out end-to-end business processes and documentation
  • Coordination and documentation of information for business process improvements
Qualifications and experience
  • High levels of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working within a project delivery team
  • A strong ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Prior project experience in financial and banking systems would be advantageous
  • Process mapping/improvement skills and experience
Role context

The successful candidate will join an established team and provide services across several business process improvement finance related projects.
