The Opportunity

Responsibilities

This is a pivotal temporary role for a Payroll Administrator, based at our client's site in Chullora. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager and a small, supportive team, playing a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Uploading, splitting and closing out invoices in system for invoicing
  • Ensuring load details are entered into the system
  • Payroll for contractors in Kronos
  • Preparing monthly reports

About You
  • Previous administrative experience within transport, logistics, or haulage industry.
  • Proficiency with the Kronos System will be highly regarded.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to foster effective working relationships.
