About the Role

As a
Senior Claims Specialist
, you'll play a pivotal role in our claims team, reporting directly to the Claims Manager. You'll bring your technical expertise to manage complex and key account claims, coach team members, and ensure outstanding results for our valued clients. What You'll Be Doing

• Technical Expertise:
  Act as a referral point for complex claims, provide coaching, and support workflow coordination.
• Claims Management:
  Oversee a portfolio of complex and key account claims across multiple lines, ensuring accuracy and excellence from start to finish.
• Dispute Resolution:
  Handle complaints and contentious claims, ensuring fair outcomes and compliance with all frameworks.
• Performance & Improvement
  : Drive claims performance to exceed SLAs and KPIs, foster collaboration, and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Reporting & Oversight:
  Monitor external service providers, support claims reporting, and maintain high standards of technical and financial control.

About You

• A claims expert with at least 6 years of experience in Commercial Property and Commercial Motor claims.
• Experience in Liability, Business Interruption, Farm Pack, and Business Pack claims is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage complex coverage interpretations, indemnity decisions, and high-value settlements.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
