About the opportunity

Reporting to our State Sales Manager, we are seeking an experienced sales/account management professional with a solutions-focused mindset, business development skills in consumer-driven environments, and sound financial management and reporting abilities.

As a Territory Manager, you will lead a service-focused approach to driving growth and excellence across our pharmacy accounts. You will work proactively and independently to visit multiple sites throughout the week. Prioritisation and accountability are key to your success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Nurturing and developing existing relationships and accounts across the territory
  • Maximising sales and gross profit across pharmacy accounts
  • Identifying new business opportunities through leads, data analytics, and market insights
  • Managing key accounts with excellence, conducting regular reviews and strategic discussions
  • Leveraging CRM and IMS data to identify risks and opportunities and to drive performance
  • Ensuring budget targets are met or exceeded

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in consumer environments
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and trade data
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning abilities
  • A customer-first mindset with a calm, systematic approach under pressure
  • Confident public speaking and effective communication skills
  • Organisational skills, results orientation, and teamwork capability
  • Strategic thinking and lateral problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

The role requires travel by car across multiple sites within the territory daily. A valid full driver's license is essential. To operate effectively, the successful candidate will receive tools of the trade, including a mobile phone, laptop, corporate credit card, and company car, to cover expenses.
