We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Marketing Communications & Content Specialist to help us tell our story in fresh and engaging ways—through words, visuals, video, podcasts, and social channels.
This is a hands-on content creation role, based at our Global HQ in Perth, Western Australia—you'll be producing, not just coordinating. You'll generate original, high-quality marketing assets that communicate our value proposition to customers, channel partners, investors, and the public.
Your toolkit will include traditional storytelling skills and modern AI-driven production tools to create a steady stream of content—articles, videos, podcasts, infographics, animations, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation First – Produce original content for the website, social media, newsletters, brochures, product datasheets, capability statements, case studies, and investor communications.
- Multimedia Production – Develop short videos, podcasts, animations, and explainer content for distribution across digital and event channels.
- AI-Enhanced Marketing – Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Descript, Adobe Firefly) to streamline content creation, generate ideas, repurpose assets, and improve quality.
- Website & Social Management – Maintain engaging, up-to-date content on our website and manage the content calendar for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
- Technical Storytelling – Translate complex technical solutions into clear, compelling benefits for non-technical audiences.
- Campaign Execution – Create and deliver content for product launches, events, webinars, and thought-leadership initiatives.
- Brand Voice Guardian – Ensure consistency in tone, message, and visual identity across all communications.
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record (4+ years) creating high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content.
- Strong storytelling ability and creative flair, with examples of past work.
- Experience producing podcasts, videos, and graphics—either directly or through AI-assisted tools.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Skilled in using content and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Descript, Audacity, or similar.
- Knowledge of social media management, SEO, and analytics.
- B2B technology, defence, or industrial sector experience is highly regarded.
