Position: Recruitment Advisor
Location: Welshpool, WA
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 7:30am - 3:30pm
Employment type: Full Time

About the role:

We are currently looking for a confident and enthusiastic Recruitment Advisor to join our Recruitment Team in a fast-paced blue-collar environment. The ideal candidate would have a strong recruitment background with previous experience in the Mining Industry.

Managing end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions

Responsible for advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding potential employees

Thinking creatively about candidate attraction

Ad hoc administration and reporting tasks as required

Monday to Friday – attractive working hours

Full-time permanent position

What we are looking for:

Minimum 2 years recruitment experience

Previous high-volume, blue-collar recruitment experience in an internal capacity

Knowledge of the mining industry, especially production and maintenance

Knowledge of JobAdder ATS is advantageous but not essential

Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency

Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence
