Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the end-to-end contract management process. This role is responsible for managing contracts from tendering through to post-award administration and contract closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project-specific contracting strategies, ensuring alignment with schedules and safety culture.
- Prepare, evaluate, and manage tender documentation and processes using e-procurement platforms.
- Administer post-award contracts including variations, claims assessment, and contractor progress payments.
- Provide ongoing contract reporting and commercial support to stakeholders.
- Lead contract closeout activities, maintain accurate contract records, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Project Management, Commerce, Law, Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration within a project-based environment.
- In-depth understanding of contract types, legal/commercial terms, and high-value contract management (> $10M).
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and day-to-day contract administration practices.
