HR Partners are recruiting for a well-respected business around the Liverpool area. The client seeks a skilled HR Projects professional with experience in a prior HR generalist capacity to join a collaborative and positive team environment.
You'll play a key role in a significant digital transformation as the company transitions to a new time and attendance system (Tanda). You will guide and support others through this major system change. Strong communication skills, experience in system implementations, attention to detail, and confidence in award interpretation are essential.
Responsibilities- Support ongoing data migration with various teams across the organisation
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Payroll and Finance, to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency
- Develop and deliver training to enhance system capability across the organisation
- Strong HRIS administration background, with experience in implementation
- Advanced Excel and database management capabilities
- Solid experience within HR, including award interpretation
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with key stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Immediately available for work
- Prepared to work the full 6-12 month fixed term contract
