**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Settle in our applicants for suitable roles after they complete a number of courses at the Institute.
- Negotiating pay rates with the hosting companies.
- Invoicing hosting companies;
- Collecting timesheets from workers;
- Preparing payslips
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in using HR software and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Legal right to work in Australia.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $55,879.11 - $126,010.95 per year
Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
