Role Purpose:

Are you passionate about connecting with guests and working in a beautiful 5-star hotel? We have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Service Agent at Crystalbrook Vincent.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional guest service and support
  • Assisting with check-in and check-out processes
  • Addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining a welcoming and professional environment

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous hotel guest service experience
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with Opera PMS
  • Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of Brisbane and enthusiasm for local tourism
  • Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings and nights
  • Motivation to deliver outstanding guest experiences
