Join Culture Amp as an Associate Engineer in a full-time graduate program focused on software engineering development and AI collaboration.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Tackle a wide variety of technical problems across codebases while building features with team support.
  • Collaborate with engineers through pair programming.
  • Partner with AI coding agents to enhance development workflow.
  • Work with product managers and designers to understand customer problems and develop solutions.
  • Maintain and support team services.
About You

What you\'ll need:

  • Completed or near completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering or related STEM discipline, or a coding bootcamp finished within the last 12 months (completion required before February 2026).
  • Willingness to work across Culture Amp's technology stack including React/TypeScript, Ruby, Kotlin, and Go.
  • Excitement about leveraging AI coding tools such as Claude Code.
  • Proactive, clear communicator with empathy and kindness.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking initiative and seeking support when needed.
  • Growth mindset and openness to challenges.
  • Based in Melbourne, Australia.
