Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane

What is your role?
You'll take a leadership role within our national Mission Critical team, contributing to the planning, design and delivery of hydraulic systems for data centres and other mission-critical projects. From concept through to construction, you'll work closely with clients, architects, builders and consultants to deliver efficient, resilient, and code-compliant solutions across water, drainage, gas and stormwater services tailored for data centre operations.
You'll be responsible for ensuring technical quality, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to project delivery across a variety of complex and high-value projects. This is a key leadership role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

About You
- 10+ years of experience in hydraulic services design within the building services sector, with proven ability to lead medium-to-large scale projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC/BCA, WSUD principles and authority requirements.
- Expertise in hydraulic services delivery for mission-critical or large-scale complex projects, including data centres.
- Confident leading client engagement, multidisciplinary coordination, and delivering projects from early design through to construction completion.
- Strong portfolio of work across mission critical, healthcare, commercial or large-scale projects.
- Passionate about sustainability, with experience integrating water-saving initiatives and green building practices into designs.
- Clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification and professional registration (or eligibility) as a design practitioner under relevant state legislation.
