Are you a natural communicator with a passion for helping others succeed? At Contour Education, we're on a mission to reshape education by connecting students with high-quality tutoring programs that inspire confidence and deliver results.
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will help families start their journey and shape our Sales function, with a clear path to Team Leader responsibilities. We seek a high-performing sales expert with 1+ years of direct sales experience and leadership ambition. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week.

We empower students through effective tutoring, resources, and support, including weekly small-group sessions, workshops, 1-on-1 support, and a comprehensive learning portal. Since 2020, over 6,000 students and 150+ team members have joined us. Recognized as one of Australia's Fastest Growing Startups, our goal is to reshape education.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound & outbound calls to help parents and students understand our offerings and book trials.
- Guide families from initial contact to enrollment, addressing concerns and demonstrating our value.
- Manage follow-ups, nurture leads, and meet enrollment targets.
- Contribute insights to improve conversion and customer experience.
- Show interest in leadership with a pathway to becoming a Team Leader.
Working hours are weekdays 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM and weekends 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Opportunities for professional growth and leadership are available.

Experience Requirements
- Completed VCE with strong academic performance
- 2-3 years in direct Sales roles
- Bachelor's degree or studying in Business/Commerce
- Understanding of sales funnel and buyer psychology
