
Industrial Automation Sales Manager

We are expanding across Australia and NZ and seeking a sales leader to drive growth in the Renewable Energy Solutions, Industrial Automation, Power Quality, LED Lighting, Display and Control Room, Mission Critical Infrastructure, Electric Vehicle Charging and Energy Storage spaces in APAC.

- Maintain key business relationships with existing clients and channels.
- Mature Delta's new and existing channel partners to convert target downstream clients to Delta and assist with application and sales support where required.
- Work closely with partners to drive end-to-end sales processes and acquire new business through product adoption strategies.
- Support channels in identifying and executing strategies to adopt downstream resellers and integrator partners per vertical market or product tiers to accelerate growth.
- Recommend or approve budget, expenditures, and appropriations for R&D, automation, and integration costs for clients.
- Survey new partners to penetrate the process automation market.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of professionals to align with business goals and individual development.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture through regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Automation Control Engineering.
- At least 5 years experience in sales and marketing for Industrial Automation products (Industrial automation, Inverter, Servo, PLC, HMI, Controller).
- 5 to 10 years hands-on machine automation or process automation experience.
- At least 5 years experience in an Industrial Automation company (ABB, Schneider, Omron, Danfoss, Mitsubishi, YASKAWA, Rockwell).
- Solid industry knowledge and ability to map industries for strategic approaches.
- Proven experience in managing and developing sales teams within industrial automation.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to drive performance toward objectives.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking; good understanding of Industrial Automation products.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills (oral & written in English).
- Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
