About The Role

Join #TeamMB as a Senior Insights Analyst in our Digital & Technology team, helping shape data-driven decision making across the firm. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to design insights, support the rollout of our Legal Services Platform, and develop dashboards and reporting tools. This role offers a chance to utilize your analytical and storytelling skills in a team focused on improving client and employee experiences.

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Extensive experience in data analysis, product development, or management, with a proven record of delivering strategic insights
  • A passion for data storytelling and visualisation skills that influence decision-making
  • Advanced SQL skills for large datasets and data pipeline design
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Qlik for dashboard development
  • Experience with Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Knowledge of data architecture, sourcing, storage, and transformation
  • Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with non-technical audiences
  • A proactive, collaborative, and innovative mindset
  • Commitment to data governance and quality standards
  • Experience working across teams and leading initiatives independently
