Business Development Manager – Trade Services / Facilities Services

Aurex Group is a National Integrated Services provider specialising in tailored facilities services. This role is based in Melbourne with opportunities to contribute to growth across Victoria.

Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners and industry stakeholders, and by developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the trade services and facilities services sectors.
  • Expand networks and opportunities in Victoria with existing clients and new prospects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
  • Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance using the CRM database as provided.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated individual with a track record of recognizing and rewarding hard work.
  • Trade qualifications and understanding of soft services and maintenance operations.
  • Circa three to five years of proven sales experience as a Business Development Manager.
  • Existing relationships with property managers, occupiers, tenant representatives, leasing agents, and other key industry professionals would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
