Optimization Manager, Adoption & Retention
Location: Sydney
The Asana Marketing team is responsible for fueling business growth and building a brand customers love. We create campaigns and content to attract new accounts and inspire current ones to grow with us, ensuring every customer realizes the full potential of our platform.
As an Optimization Manager focusing on Asana Customers, you will own experimentation across key customer content and surfaces that support adoption and retention, including the Asana Academy, Help Center, and Community forum. You will partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities from onboarding to renewal.
This role is based in our Sydney office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Mondays. Working from home on Fridays depends on your work and team collaborations. What you'll achieve- Lead and develop optimization strategies for digital content that drive adoption and retention, including the Asana Academy, Help Center, and Community forum
- Create quarterly experimentation roadmaps for key customer surfaces
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities in the customer journey
- Define and align KPIs with partners for adoption and retention
- Identify and execute personalization opportunities on customer surfaces
- Use AI tools for advanced A/B testing analysis and insights
- Refine experimentation processes in Digital Marketing
- 4+ years of Growth or Performance Marketing experience, ideally with some in adoption and/or customer retention
- Expertise in A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Strong data-driven mindset
- Familiarity with user-tracking and qualitative data
- Knowledge of UX principles and web design best practices
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript proficiency preferred
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making

What we'll offerOur comprehensive compensation package recognizes your impact and includes base salary, equity, and benefits. The estimated base salary range is AUD 150, ,000, varying based on market and individual qualifications. Additional components may include incentive pay and benefits.
