The Role

Cannington Community College is seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated Health and Physical Education teachers to join our dynamic team. We are looking for educators who are relationship-focused, have strong interpersonal skills, and can work both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidates will foster a positive and engaging learning environment that supports student success. Applicants should bring an energetic and engaging teaching approach, a deep understanding of the Western Australian Health and Physical Education curriculum, and the ability to design purposeful and inclusive learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of our students.

Eligibility
  • hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
  • be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment. More information about employment eligibility can be found on our website.
  • apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start;
  • consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
