What you will enjoy doing

  • You will be reading, understanding, and performing all production duties in accordance with written procedures, BOC internal standards, and relevant external standards acts and/or regulations.
  • Working in a safe manner in line with company Occupational Health and Safety and Loss Control policy guidelines and Western Australian Workplace Health and Safety legislation.
  • Responsible for housekeeping within relevant work areas and ensuring product released for delivery meets BOC documented specifications.
  • Maintain medical product quality as per Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) / Medsafe requirements.
  • Minimize product losses during operations.
  • Ensure the highest possible service standards for both internal and external customers.
  • Report and discuss any workplace or position-related issues.

What makes you great

  • Formal certification in relevant production activities.
  • At least two years of experience in industrial environments.
  • Willingness to work day, night, and afternoon shifts on a rotational or relief basis if necessary.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand operating procedures, and communicate effectively under test conditions.
  • Understanding of Manual Handling principles.
  • Knowledge of the Dangerous Goods Act implications related to this role.
