Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will read, understand, and perform all production duties in accordance with written procedures, internal standards, and relevant external regulations.
  • Work in a safe manner in line with company Occupational Health and Safety policy guidelines and Western Australian Workplace Health and Safety legislation.
  • Maintain housekeeping within relevant work areas and ensure product meets specifications.
  • Minimize product losses during operations.
  • Ensure high service standards for both internal and external customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Formal certification in production activities is an advantage.
  • At least two years of experience in industrial environments is preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts if necessary.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand operating procedures.
  • Understanding of Manual Handling principles.
  • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods Act implications related to this role.
