We are currently recruiting for Production Operators to join our busy Mount Gambier production teams. We have a variety of roles, including permanent continuous shift and day/afternoon shift roles.

Our Production Operators are hard-working and passionate about who we are and what we do. Your new position with Australian Panels in Mount Gambier will consist of operating machinery on our production lines and gaining an understanding of our products and processes.

About the roles

Offering a great lifestyle balance between family and work, the positions we are recruiting for are Monday to Friday primarily day shift, though there may be times when a day/afternoon shift rotation and the requirement to undertake overtime may be necessary.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  1. Machine operation
  2. Packing

About you

The successful applicant will:

  1. Hold a current high-risk forklift licence and experience
  2. Have excellent attention to detail, quality, and safety
  3. Have previous experience in machine operation or working within a production/warehouse environment (an advantage)
  4. Be physically fit to undertake manual and repetitive tasks
  5. Be reliable and motivated to do your best every day

As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric, and drug and alcohol testing.
