Job Summary:

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the production process is carried out safely and efficiently.

You will work closely with our production team to read, understand and perform all production duties in accordance with written procedures and company standards.

  • Safety First: You will work in a safe manner in line with company Occupational Health and Safety policy guidelines and relevant legislation.
  • Housekeeping: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Quality Control: You will ensure that products released for delivery meet company specifications.
  • Product Quality: You will maintain medical product quality as per requirements of regulatory bodies.
  • Loss Prevention: You will minimize product losses during operations.
  • Customer Service: You will provide excellent service to customers, both internal and external.
Requirements:
  • Forklift operation skills.
  • Formal certification in relevant production activities.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial environments.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including days, nights and afternoons.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Manual Handling knowledge.
  • Awareness of Dangerous Goods Act implications.
