Job Title: HSE Learning Manager

Our company is seeking a highly skilled HSE Learning Manager to work from home and in the Melbourne CBD. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and facilitating Health, Safety & Environment training programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering L&D frameworks, conducting learning needs analysis, and creating innovative training programs. They will be able to work collaboratively with our team to develop an HSE Learning and Development Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an HSE Learning and Development Framework with our Head of HSE Systems;
  • Implement the framework, including HSE Roles and Contractor Frameworks;
  • Identify and implement suitable HSE learning solutions based on analysis;
  • Establish systems and management structures for our HSE portfolio;
  • Collaborate with our P&C L&D Coordinator to develop an annual program offer;

Additional Tasks:

  • Update program content as required;
  • Complete learning administration tasks, including scheduling and logistics;
  • Prepare materials and report on training progress.
