As a Senior Development Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of built form projects, ensuring they meet Levande's high standards while achieving strong commercial outcomes.

This is a leadership role requiring strategic oversight, hands-on project execution, and a deep understanding of the property development lifecycle, from land acquisition and design through to approvals, construction, marketing, and sales.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and masterplanning process, ensuring developments reflect best-practice urban design and respond to customer needs.
• Delivering large-scale built form projects (apartments, aged care, or mixed-use developments) on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Managing the engagement of architects, designers, and consultants, ensuring project outcomes align with Levande's vision and commercial objectives.
• Driving commercial outcomes, ensuring developments achieve strong financial returns while enhancing the resident experience.
• Overseeing the full development lifecycle, including statutory approvals, procurement, contract negotiation, and construction execution.
• Aligning development with sales and marketing strategies, ensuring strong customer demand and a seamless resident journey.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams, contractors, investors, and government authorities.
• Leading and mentoring high-performance teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Extensive experience in built form property development, with a track record of delivering large-scale residential, aged care, or retirement living projects.
• Strong expertise in design management, working with architects and consultants to deliver high-quality, commercially successful projects.
• A deep understanding of masterplanning, statutory approvals, and construction methodologies.
• Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in feasibility analysis, cost control, and risk management.
• Proven leadership capability, managing multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders to achieve development objectives.
• A customer-first approach, ensuring that developments align with the needs and expectations of future residents.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in property development, architecture, urban design, construction, or a related discipline (highly desirable).
