Are you an experienced insurance broker with a proactive mindset and a passion for client service? Pursuited is currently hunting on behalf of a long-standing client, a boutique brokerage with big-business backing, where your skills will be valued, your ideas heard, and your career growth supported.

We're seeking a self-starting Insurance Account Manager to take ownership of a diverse SME and commercial portfolio. You'll be part of a close-knit team that thrives on delivering tailored insurance solutions — with the flexibility and autonomy to drive your own success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SME/commercial clients
  • Provide tailored general insurance advice across multiple lines
  • Prepare and process quotes, renewals, endorsements, and claims
  • Liaise with underwriters to deliver the best outcomes for clients

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in general insurance broking
  • Strong product knowledge across Business Package, Contract Works, ISR, Liability, and more
  • Excellent attention to detail and client-first mindset
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated, proactive attitude — someone who takes initiative and delivers
  • Experience with Insight broking system is a plus, but not essential
