Overview

Ex-SaaS Sales Leader turned Consultative Recruiter || Connecting commercial talent & SaaS companies with accuracy and speed

We\'re partnering with a high-growth global SaaS player (IT security & compliance for MSPs) that's building out their ANZ presence. They're searching for a Microsoft 365 expert to be the technical face of the business in Sydney, supporting MSPs pre-sale and post-sale, but with a primary focus on pre-sales discovery & technical workshops.

This is a founding hire in the region, with scope to shape technical strategy and grow into leadership as the APAC team scales.

What you'll do
  • Act as the go-to M365 expert for MSPs
  • Lead technical workshops & commercial discovery sessions
  • Support sales cycles as the trusted technical partner (no quota)
  • Guide post-sale deployments of M365 policies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful adoption
What you bring
  • 3+ years in a partner/MSP environment
  • 2+ years in M365 design & deployment (policy management focus)
  • Strong knowledge of Entra / Azure AD, Intune, Defender
  • Problem-solving and project management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive outcomes
Nice to have
  • MS-900 or MS-102 certifications
  • Confidence to act as an industry voice in M365 policy standardisation
