Our client is an emerging SaaS Scale up specialising in M365 data management - empowering Technology Service businesses to thrive. The business has scaled to 15 employees in their first year of ANZ operations with no indication of slowing down. The Role
As a
M365 Solutions Consultant
, you'll play a pivotal role in consulting, presenting, and selling our client M365 Data Management platform. Your expertise will guide prospects from initial engagement through to successful deployment, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design:
Collaborate with clients to assess their current IT landscape, identify challenges, and design a tailored solution. - M365 SME:
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance during pre-sales engagements supporting Account Executives. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. - Proposal Development:
Create comprehensive solution proposals, technical documentation, and cost estimates for client projects. - Technology Evaluation:
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, ensuring solutions leverage the best tools and practices. - Compliance & Security:
Ensure all solutions meet regulatory, security, and performance standards.
What You'll Bring
Experience:
- 3-5+ years in IT solutions architecture, preferably within an TSP/MSP environment.
- PreSales Experience
- Exposure & experience working with M365
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication abilities, with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical Proficiency with tools such as Entra ID, Intune, Sharepoint, Azure, & Defender.
Mindset:
- Energetic, and proactive with a client-focused approach & commitment to delivering outstanding results.
