More about the role:

Due to our exciting expansion into care for all cancer, we are growing as an organisation. This is a new role and part of our Nursing Program team who are the engine room behind placing and supporting McGrath Cancer Care Nurses across the country. Reporting to the Head of Nursing Program, you will play a key part in overseeing the administrative lifecycle of Health Service contracts.

Main responsibilities include:


• Review health service agreements ensuring alignment with legal, financial and operational requirements


• Coordinate and oversee the contract process to review and execute funding agreements with health services


• Establish and maintain robust procedures to support the operational team to ensure consistency and provide reports and dashboards on contract status


• Provide oversight and maintenance on industry awards and financial terms as relating to contracts


• Partner with Finance to ensure funds are allocated appropriately and in line with reporting requirements and reconciliations


• Coordinate and lead operational and administrative duties including contract templates, status and tracking, and ensure records within Salesforce and SharePoint are accurately maintained.


• Manage the development of funding summaries and communication to the Nursing Program team


• Develop and implement accurate record of contracts, amendments and associated correspondence


• Ensure all data and records pertaining to Health Service contracts are appropriately captured and maintained in accordance with McGrath Foundation procedures and policies.

What you bring to the role:

Our ideal candidate has tertiary qualifications in a business administration field with experience in contract management procurement, business administration, project expenditure and delivering organisational outcomes, along with experience in stakeholder management requiring strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution capability.

Critical to success in this role will be excellence in administration, contract and data management with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
