About The RoleOur business team is dynamic, fast-moving, and evolving – and we're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our B2B teams in Perth. You'll take the lead in shaping the success of your accounts, owning the day-to-day execution of your strategy while aligning with monthly and quarterly growth targets. By gaining a deep understanding of your clients\' businesses, industries, and challenges, you'll craft tailored strategies that provide ongoing value, driving both client success and your own. You'll focus on long-term growth, putting customer satisfaction and loyalty at the heart of everything you do. You'll nurture relationships and create sustainable, lasting business opportunities that grow with your clients over time. Your impact will be seen in the achievement of targets—from sales growth to customer retention and more—and you'll position yourself as a trusted partner who delivers tailored solutions based on sound commercial insight.
What You'll Do- Lead day-to-day execution of your account plan, aligning with monthly and quarterly growth targets.
- Gain deep insights into clients' businesses, industries, and challenges to create tailored strategies that deliver ongoing value.
- Focus on long-term growth, increasing client satisfaction and loyalty while prioritizing sustainable results over quick wins.
- Achieve individual targets including sales growth, customer retention, and overall account performance.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with business clients, offering clear, value-driven solutions.
- Continuously improve the sales pipeline by driving higher lead volume, accuracy, and close win rates via Salesforce.
You thrive on building and maintaining deep relationships with contract/account management, including 3+ years in face-to-face or field sales within a Business to Business (B2B) environment. Your strategic, customer-first mindset is complemented by a sharp commercial focus, always spotting opportunities to grow and deliver results. In addition, you will have:
- Minimum 7 years sales experience, with ideally all or a majority in B2B environments
- 5+ years in contract/account management, including 3+ years in face-to-face or field sales with a proven track record in forecasting, managing, and growing sales pipelines.
- Expert at forecasting and driving sales and margin performance.
- Skilled in building and optimizing high-quality sales pipelines (volume, value, win rates, velocity).
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Strong analytical abilities, using Excel (or similar) to identify customer opportunities and prioritize actions.
