**The Role**
Due to our workload as a result of the organisations stable growth, we're on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the team
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for the strategic sourcing and attraction for a range of key projects, volume recruitment, niche roles and leadership positions across Symal Group.
Responsibilities include:

- Strategic source and engage best talent for key positions at Symal.
- Championing and developing strategic sourcing initiatives to support diversity across the organisation
- Develop and promote Talent Acquisition initiatives to improve efficiencies

**About you**
You will have:

- Extensive recruitment experience (either within agency or internal - ideally both) with a strong understanding of value add recruitment - not just ticking a box
- Strong desire to partner with businesses and not just as a 'transactional recruiter'
- Evidence of pipelining external talent for executive and critical roles, and those roles with a recognised skill shortage in the market.
- A strong capability in managing stakeholders and taking initiative;
- Experience within the construction/infrastructure sector or related industries is highly desirable
