Overview

Senior Associate - Commercial Litigation in Brisbane. This role sits within the largest Commercial Litigation practice in Queensland and offers the opportunity to work on significant, complex matters with a high performing team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional client service.
  • Shape the strategic direction of matters and collaborate with counsel and the wider practice group.
  • Work on significant, complex litigation matters and contribute to the growth of the team.
  • Mentor, supervise and delegate work to more junior lawyers as appropriate.
  • Engage with partners and other stakeholders across the practice to deliver outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a Senior Associate position.
  • Demonstrated experience in a range of litigious matters.
  • Preferably experience in insurance matters.
  • Strong academic achievements.
  • Familiarity with Supreme/Federal Court litigation.
  • Ability to project manage and drive matters through to completion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build effective client relationships and contribute to a positive team environment.
