The Brisbane team is now seeking a Senior Associate to play a key role in the structuring, procurement, and delivery of some of the country's most significant infrastructure and construction projects.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Associate in this team, you'll advise on the full lifecycle of major projects, working closely with market-leading partners on matters that are complex, strategic, and career-defining. Your work will include:

  • Advising on major procurements, including PPP, D&C, EPC, and bespoke contracting models
  • Drafting and negotiating sophisticated project and construction documentation
  • Supporting clients with contract administration and project delivery strategies
  • Providing clear, commercial solutions to complex delivery challenges
  • Working on landmark projects across transport, energy, healthcare, education, utilities, and more

This role offers genuine exposure to headline matters, direct client contact, and strong mentorship. You'll have the opportunity to develop your market profile, contribute to business development, and take clear steps toward future leadership.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will ideally have:

  • 4+ years' experience in construction or infrastructure law, with front-end project expertise
  • Familiarity with PPPs, D&C, EPC and other major project delivery structures
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • A commercial mindset, with the confidence to run complex matters and advise clients directly
  • A collaborative approach, with an interest in mentoring and developing junior lawyers
  • Ambition to grow your practice, deepen client relationships, and build a strong market profile
