Join our Estates and Succession practice working with an exceptional Partner, and Accredited Specialist, to support and advise clients across a broad mix of work types including estate planning, administration, litigation and elder law.
As a recently appointed Senior Associate or Associate ready to take the next step in your career you will be working with a range of clients from high-net-worth entrepreneurs, business owners, charities and NFP organisations, blended families, and individuals, while benefiting from an extensive referral network.
As a Senior Associate you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with clients, colleagues and other practitioners
- Leading your own files, collaborating with colleagues where relevant
- End to end preparation of basic and complex legal documentation and advice
- Preparing for and attending mediations and hearings
Our team works collaboratively with other HopgoodGanim teams to access specific and relevant expertise such as taxation, corporate, trust and family law. Further, HopgoodGanim offers a dedicated in-house business development team to support building the brand and client base of the practice.
About You
As an experienced Estates and Succession solicitor, joining HopgoodGanim will provide you with the opportunity to be part of a supportive yet high performing team culture where there is a genuine shared commitment to the delivery of exceptional client service.
You will have excellent attention to detail and be adept in balancing an empathetic approach with one that articulates legal matters into clear and easy to understand communication for your clients.
