We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our teams across Melbourne, based in our CBD office.

Responsibilities
  • Client Operations and Account Management: Take charge of the operations and account management for various prestigious clients, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
  • Leadership Development: Inspire and cultivate the growth of our senior leaders, aka Housekeeping Managers, through effective development, training, and coaching.
  • Detail-Driven Excellence: Bring your passion for detail, quality, compliance, and health and safety practices, ensuring they align with the high standards set by ahs hospitality and our esteemed clients.
  • Financial Mastery: Exercise full control over your region's budget and monthly P&L, showcasing your financial acumen.
  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrate forward-thinking, contribute to strategic development, and foster a collaborative team spirit within your realm.
