Digital Engagement Manager

The primary purpose of this role is to grow digital engagement of members through various channels and increase the membership base.
Key Accountabilities- Contribute to the ongoing development of the organisation's content and digital strategy, focusing on social media platforms.
- Produce high-quality content for key audience groups, incorporating best practices for digital use.
- Utilize digital and traditional channels to optimize audience engagement.
- Monitor and report on content performance using analytics tools.
- Provide recommendations to improve content performance.
- Support senior stakeholders with adhoc duties and projects.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing or communications environment.
- A strong understanding of website technology, social media platforms, and digital analytics.
- Creative flair and eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A highly professional demeanor, with the ability to articulate ideas within groups and to external parties.
- Able to engage in strategic discussions with senior stakeholders and execute tactical activities.
- A willingness to contribute actively to a voluntary group.
- The energy to promote a shared vision.
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas within groups and to external parties.
