Your impact:

You will lead a portfolio of valued clients and manage a capable team. This is a strategic, client-focused role where you'll drive results, grow strong client relationships, and contribute to the firm's continued expansion and success.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and growing trusted client relationships with a focus on strategic outcomes
  • Providing advice on structuring, asset protection, tax planning, and succession
  • Reviewing and signing off financials and complex tax matters including CGT, Division 7A, and FBT
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing your team to ensure technical excellence and professional growth
  • Driving workflow efficiency, optimising systems, and supporting business growth initiatives
What you bring:
  • 6+ years in public practice with strong technical expertise
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Advanced knowledge of tax planning, trusts, companies, CGT, and FBT
  • Strong client communication skills – able to simplify and deliver complex advice
  • Ambition to step into senior leadership and contribute to the firm's growth and success
