Be Part of a Connected Team Delivering Breakthrough Therapy

At RoboFit, we're committed to creating an environment where small wins lead to life-changing progress. If you're a Physiotherapist who values clinical excellence, collaboration, and purpose-driven work, we'd love to meet you.

We are seeking team members across multiple RoboFit locations who share our values: We Win Together, Drive Change, Pick Up the Broom, Spread Joy, and Driven to Climb Mountains. Join us to expand access and improve outcomes for our community.

You'll work with clients with various neurological conditions using Conventional Neuro Physiotherapy and the world's first neuro-controlled exoskeleton, the Hybrid Assistive Limb (HAL).

"RoboFit is a community-driven, people-centric team that focuses on each individual. We celebrate and empower staff and clients alike, recognizing that everyone lives a life outside the clinic. Understanding clients' lives helps us focus on their achievements and small wins."

The community here is a safe, empowering, and inclusive space where clients are reminded they're not alone, they can achieve, and there is always hope. This extends within our team—we win, rise, challenge, and spread joy together.

We are committed to ongoing upskilling to deliver tailored, evidence-based treatments aligned with client goals, clinical strengths, and innovative technology. Our motivated team aims to help clients live fuller lives outside the clinic." — Jess Reid, Neuro Physiotherapist, Wollongong Team Lead.
