Job Title: Community Physiotherapist

About the Role: As a Community Physiotherapist, you will make a real impact delivering rehabilitation services where it matters most. You will join a growing multidisciplinary team on a part-time or full-time basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver community-based physiotherapy services across South West Sydney
  • Manage a varied caseload including NDIS capacity building, aged care, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic musculoskeletal, neuro rehabilitation, and complex care
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, manual therapy, and exercise prescription in the home environment
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to goal-driven therapy plans
  • Enjoy autonomy in structuring your week within service needs, supported by regular team meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience
  • Confidence delivering therapy in the community
  • Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
